The next ClubMac meeting (and AGM) is scheduled for May 7
The ClubMac’s next monthly meeting — which also doubles as our Annual General Meeting — will take place at 7.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 2 April, in Old Belvedere Rugby Club; the doors will be open from 7.20 p.m. onwards.
The agenda for the May meeting is as follows:
7.20 Doors open
7.30 Training session with Richard Bannister
8.00 Refreshments, signing in, membership renewals
8.10 Annual General Meeting (members only)
- To consider the provisional agenda
- To read the minutes of the previous AGM
- To receive the Treasurer’s report
- To receive the Secretary’s report
- To receive the Chairman’s report
- To elect the officers: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer
- To elect a committee
- To elect trustees
- Any other business
8.50 Regular Meeting, final one before Summer recess
8.55 What’s new in the Apple World — Tom Martin
9.05 Louise Cooney, will speak about the Dissertation she is preparing on Apple for her Marketing Masters in University
9.20 Useful Utilities — Elgato Video Capture: John Maguire will show how this simple device can digitise video to your Macintosh
9.35 Useless Utilities — Tom Mac Mahon will finish off the meeting with one of his humorous observations on the Internet, YouTube and Photoshop.
N.B.: If you have not yet gotten around to paying your 2014 membership subscriptions, they are now due!
The May meeting will include the Annual General Meeting; if you would like to volunteer for the Committee, please contact the Chairman or any Committee member.
Non-members are welcome to attend ClubMac meetings
Remember, you do not need to be a member of ClubMac to attend our meetings; we just ask that you pay a slightly higher door charge (€3.00).
